Reimagining Healthcare

Amidst the pandemic, we collaborated with the Digital Patient Experience (DPx) team at Northwell Health (NWH) to address challenges with their patient experience:

• Designed a patient-centered app for seamless records management, sharing, and coordination
• Developed a systemic, care-centric ecosystem of tools to support and empower caregivers—an often overlooked stakeholder
• Conducted in-depth interviews with 35+ physicians, patients, caregivers, and staff to optimize patient information intake
• Synthesized research insights and led 9+ design thinking workshops to shape the design of an upcoming specialized surgery facility.
