Project Overview
Northwell Health’s brief included challenge areas focused on data privacy, verification and transitions of care for the person who manages the healthcare of household members, referred to as the ‘Chief Medical Officers’ (CMO) of the home. The team synthesized insights and uncovered the underlying challenge of enabling and empowering CMOs and caregivers throughout their healthcare journeys. 
We developed two complementary solutions:
Digital Patient Experience: A vision for a humanized, user-centered digital experience that addresses common CMO pain points. 

The Caregiver Experience: A concept for a new system built for and around caregivers.
