As part of the integrative studio at the MS SDM program at Parsons, I worked in a multidisciplinary team and:
- Designed a systemic solution for caregivers in a new care-centric approach for Northwell Health, facilitated the formalizing of the Caregiver’s Council creating equal consideration for caregivers as stakeholders
- Created a new digital patient experience for patients to access and manage their health records
Other projects completed for Northwell as a student consultant
- Synthesized research and facilitated workshops to inform the design of a new surgical wing. Demonstrated value of the strategic design approach and generated interest for building in-house capacity to extend the work
- Systemized the process for patient information intake
