Reimagining Residential Living

Brookfield came seeking to create better environments - socially and physically - for the people who inhabit and interact with Brookfield residential spaces, specifically building D, a residential structure under construction in Brooklyn.

Based on our research (primary with residents and an expert as well as secondary), we identified that there is a need for placemaking, and that could be applied to other projects at the firm. So we widened the scope to curate tools in a framework that could be applied to all new and existing projects to achieve placemaking.
